The short, plain version.

Who we are. Artificial Creative is a brand of YouPage LLC, a Michigan limited liability company.

What we collect. The details you type on the order form (name, email, brand, store URL, product notes, style choices) and the photos you upload. We use them only to quote, produce and deliver your order and to contact you about it.

Your photos. You keep ownership of your photos. You confirm you have the rights to them. We use them only to make your images, and never in our own marketing without your written OK. Uploaded files are deleted within 90 days of delivery, or sooner on request.

Your finished images. Once paid, you get full commercial rights to use the delivered images for your business.

AI tools. We use AI image-generation tools under human art direction. We don't sell your data or use your photos to train public models.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure Stripe checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.

Guarantee. One free revision round per order (two for Club). If no delivered image is usable, request a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
